Cruel proposal puts kids at risk of hunger. Take action!

The Trump administration has proposed to cut food stamps from nearly 3.1 million Americans in what it’s calling an effort to eliminate “loopholes” and save money. 

Changing who is eligible for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits could take school meals away from more than 500,000 children.

That’s an estimated half a million children who will see their food supply at home slashed and their free meals at school cut.

Please tell the Trump administration that this cruel proposal would damage children’s academic performance and their health.
